Tropical Power Limited is seeking self-motivated and adaptable individuals to become a part of our Team. At present, two (2) vacant positions exist for Customer Service Representatives. This position is an “in house” position geared towards building the brand and image of Tropical Power Limited while providing support to Sales Representatives.
In House Sales Support (Customer Service Representative)
- Respond to requests for quotations and provide feedback on the status of ‘open’ quotations
- Prepare prequalification, tender and vendor registration documents.
- Assist in the preparation of costings and status reports.
- Provide internal support to Sales Executives
- Maintains client database and progress reports
- Liaises with both foreign and local suppliers
- On occasion liaise with Brokers and Suppliers to coordinate shipment.
- Assist with new market share development ( cold calling, newspaper)
- Any other duties as required
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Good communication, customer service and writing skills.
- Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.
- Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills
